A players strategy A strongly dominates another strategy B of his if for every strategy of an opponent it gets him a better result than B. If A is at least one time better and never worse than B it weakly dominates B.

In a strategic form this can easily be checked: Strategy rl weakly dominates rr and and strongly dominates the rest.

The strategies LR and RL don’t dominate each other.
